Location: JC DRS Kunnamkulam, Kunnamkulam, Kerala
We are looking for a skilled C Senior Digital Repair Specialist to join our team at JC DRS Kunnamkulam in Kerala. As a Digital Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers on issues related to Mobility/Fixed devices, troubleshooting device defects, handling device-related queries, recording job entry in the Customer Relationship Management portal, upgrading the software of devices, and assembling/dismantling smartphones.
Additionally, you will be responsible for repairing handsets by changing screens, speakers, mics, cameras, PCB swaps, sub-PCBA/charging connector replacements, and more. You will also need to deposit cash collected through service, verify devices for exchange, inspect FTTx devices, and travel to various touchpoints as planned/as & when required.
- 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Certification in Device Care
- 0 - Maximum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of spares operations and CRM systems
- Ability to train/support/supervise extended service touchpoints
- Interact with customers on the handset, and other Mobility/Fixed devices-related issues
- Troubleshoot devises defects
- Handle devices related queries
- Record job entry in the Customer Relationship Management portal
- Upgrade software of devices.
- Assemble/dismantle smartphones (unibody/duo body)
- Repair handsets by changing the screen, speaker, mic, camera, etc.
- Repair handsets by PCB swap, sub-PCBA/charging connector replacement, etc.
- Deposit of cash collected through service.
- Verify devices for exchange
- Inspection of FTTx devices
- The job role requires travel to various touchpoints as planned/as & when required.
- Train/Support/Supervise extended service touchpoints at own stores and engage them in Device Service Delivery
- Adhoc responsibilities include mandatory participation in activities rolled out from time to time viz. attending to the complaint calls about SLP devices & related support systems at their own sites & sites, Out-calling due for recharge base; coaching set of Jio Associates and enhancing their participation & productivity (sell-out & activation)
